Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days (up to 7 business days during high-demand periods).
Shipping Times
- United States: 5–8 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Shipping estimates begin once your order has shipped.
Tracking
Tracking information is emailed once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. If production or shipping has already started, changes may not be possible.
Delays / Delivery Issues
- Velt0r is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or other events outside our control.
- If tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t find your package, please contact the carrier first.
- International orders may be subject to customs fees/taxes. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
