All items are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or preference.



Damaged / Defective Items



If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:


  • your order number
  • clear photos of the item and the issue (and packaging if applicable)



After review, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.



Wrong Item Received



If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll review and assist.
